...about our employees
Our employees are our most important asset and we believe they deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, no matter what position they hold. Bottom line is that every employee is encouraged to use their voice.
We offer competitive pay and first class benefits. We believe in both physical and mental wellness. Our Wellness Van makes yearly jobsite and office visits offering check ups and flu shots and encourages people to take advantage of different healthy lifestyles programs. Annual family picnics and employee assistance programs are just a few of the things made available to our workforce.
We believe in providing continual improvement opportunities and have been nationally recognized for our world class training and development programs. All of our Continuous Learning Center courses are offered to employees free of charge. Employees are recognized annually for their achievements with various dinners, awards, and other recognition programs.
We believe work should be both rewarding and fun and are constantly looking for ways to ensure that we Build A Great Place to Work.
... about our environment
American Infrastructure is dedicated to reducing our impact on the environment. We focus on site sustainability through the use of our All-Terrain, one-of-a-kind Tree Spade. American Infrastructure works with our customers to reuse their resources and earn LEED credits. The Tree Spade can be used to transplant trees on a site instead of cutting them down and replanting new ones. Our project team works with our owners to develop a plan transplanting trees to minimize the environmental impact of site development. Reducing environmental impact is also a top priority in our offices. American Infrastructure recycles and has installed water filtration devices in our buildings to reduce the use of plastic bottles. Year to date we have recycled almost 13 tons of paper at our office locations. Many of the things our employees do in their communities also focus on improving the environment and the world we live in.
