    Worcester, Pennsylvania – December 4, 2013 – American Infrastructure, a leading heavy construction company and materials supplier, today announced that it has recently won two awards recognizing its “Home Safe Tonight” culture. It received the Risk & Insurance Theodore Roosevelt Workers’ Compensation and Disability Management Award (Teddy Award) as well as the Award for Excellence in Workers’ Compensation Risk Management from National Underwriter Property & Casualty magazine.

    Worcester, Pennsylvania – November 26, 2013 – American Infrastructure, a leading heavy construction company and materials supplier, today announced that its Allan A. Myers division received the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter’s Award of Excellence for its Pennsylvania Turnpike new electronic interchange project at Exit 320 in Great Valley, Pa. Phil Scala, superintendent at Allan A. Myers accepted the award on behalf of the team at the Chapter’s 22nd Annual Awards of Excellence banquet on November 14.

  3. American Infrastructure Wins Project of the Year Award from the American Society of Highway Engineers

    American Infrastructure was awarded the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Delaware Valley’s Project of the Year award in the Over $10 million category for the Route 29 All Electronic Toll Interchange project in Chester County, Pa. The construction firm was presented with the award at the ceremony held on April 17.

  4. American Infrastructure’s CEO A. Ross Myers Honored with Lifetime Achievement Award from Drexel University’s Construction Management Advisory Council

    American Infrastructure’s CEO, A. Ross Myers was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from Drexel University’s Construction Management Advisory Council (CMAC). Mr. Myers was recognized at an awards reception at Drexel on April 10th. More than 125 people attended this event honoring the CEO of one of the region’s fastest growing heavy construction and materials supply companies.

  5. American Infrastructure Ranked #9 on Training Magazine’s Top 125, Receiving Top Human Resources Score

    American Infrastructure was ranked 9th in Training magazine’s Top 125 Awards Program for 2013 and received the highest score on the Human Resources section for the second consecutive year. American Infrastructure moved up 49 spots from the 58th position in 2012.

This is the third year that American Infrastructure has been awarded this prestigious honor. For 2011 the organization placed 29th of 125 international awardees; in 2010 the organization placed 49th of 125 international awardees.

  10. Airport Connector Road Opens ahead of Schedule

    A news article from Toll Roads News features the opening of the Connector Road from Richmond Airport to VA895 Pocahontas Pike. This $39M Design-Build Project has been a huge success for American Infrastructure. Transurban Project Manager Rich Prezioso says "...the contract for the Airport Connector with American Infrastructure has gone extremely well. The project is right on budget, with a perfect safety record and will open in 22 months versus the 24 months allowed by contract."
