American Infrastructure Receives 2009 Training Top 125 Award
Award Recognizes Organizations That Excel at Employee Development
Worcester, Pennsylvania, December 18, 2009 – American Infrastructure is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the 2009 Training magazine Top 125 Award. American Infrastructure is among one of the most prestigious organizations in the United States to win this award.
Representatives for American Infrastructure will be attending an award gala and conference on February 9-11, 2009 in Atlanta, Georgia to find out their ranking among the 125 award recipients.
“Building a Great Place to Work means our organization constantly strives to provide employees with career development opportunities to excel and succeed,” says Chairman and CEO, A. Ross Myers. “All of these opportunities are free of charge to every American Infrastructure Employee.”
The Training Magazine Top 125 Awards rank organizational excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs. Now in its ninth year, the Training Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.
“The companies we selected exemplify a belief in the value of learning, and we’re proud to honor them, and provide an opportunity for our readers and conference attendees to learn from the best,” said Joyceann Cooney-Garippa, publishing and show director for Training Magazine.
