Allan A. Myers is providing full site development for a 328 acre golf course community. Approximately 204,081 cubic yards of dirt and rock were relocated on site. Utility installation consists of 14,300 linear feet of water; 22,730 linear feet of sanitary and 19,600 linear feet of storm water management pipe. Offsite improvements include a sanitary pump, water booster station, above ground water storage tank and PADOT road improvements.
