American Infrastructure-Maryland is providing offsite improvements for a new Retail Complex in College Park, MD. Improvements consist of widening 3,400 linear feet of US 1 between I-95/495 to 3 lanes each way with a median and turn lanes, widening the ramp from I-9/495 and constructing a new ramp from I-95/495 along with 4 new traffic lights.
