	Byers Station Sitework In Final Weeks
	After 18 months, Allan A. Myers is near completion of site development for Byers Station, a new residential community being built by three national homebuilders in Chester County, PA. The unique arrangement of three builders and one site contractor has been successful, and the selling phase is under way in the 600-acre development.

	Designed to be a go-anywhere vehicle, the one-of-a-kind American Infrastructure Volvo/Optimal tree spade is doing constant duty no matter the season or the terrain. In recent months, the articulated chassis and all-wheel drive have proved their worth when moving 75 trees for WB homes at Asbourne Village in Lower Salford Township, PA, and 86 trees for Guidi Builders at The Reserve at Skippack in the middle of winter. Now in the equipment fleet for two years, the tree spade has become a familiar sight as it is used to preserve, create or enhance landscapes for public and private customers in every market we serve.
