Harbor Station Project Begins in VA |

Griffith has begun site development at Harbor Station, a residential/commercial
building project in Dumfries, VA. Excavation, road construction and all
underground utilities are included in the first two phases of our work,
which is scheduled to be finished in October, 2007. The entire project
will take over ten years to complete. Subsequent phases are expected
to present additional bidding opportunities for RGG. |

has prepared the south basin of the existing Cool Springs Reservoir
in Wilmington, DE, for the construction of a new covered, ten-million
gallon clean-water reservoir on the same site. A single 13,000
cu. yd. slab will support two concrete buildings which will contain
the water. AAM is on track for delivery of the finished project
in January, 2008. |
