Lyman Run Dam Takes Shape Fall of 2006 is the target date for completion of the work at Lyman Run in Potter County, PA. The centerpiece of the project, which was begun in the spring of 2004, is the new dam, which will form a new 40-acre lake. This lake is part of Lyman Run State Park, a popular recreational area in this area of northern Pennsylvania, near the town of Wellsboro.
