| West Shore Water Treatment Project |
 |
| Work is almost complete on the West Shore Regional Water Treatment plant in Mechanicsburg, PA. Begun in April 2004, the plant will, when finished, supply drinking water to 34,000 people in 15 municipalities in York and Cumberland Counties. The plant is located on the Yellow Breeches Creek, a tributary of the nearby Susquehanna River and is owned by the Pennsylvania American Water Company. |

| The filter gallery (Left) is the last stop before the treated water is chlorinated and then stored in a 1.5 million gallon clear well. Water from the clear well passes through the distributive pump system (Above) and out to the public. The plant will have an operating capacity of 12 million gallons per day. |

(Above) Proving once again that there is no landscape that can't be enhanced by the introduction of mature trees to the site, American Infrastructure's own pre-fabrication facility in Macungie, Lehigh County, PA, gets a new look thanks to our articulated tree spade. The tree spade has earned an amazing record of success on projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic in all types of terrain and in all kinds of weather. |
