Project Engineer Susan Tisdale, a Penn State and Career Track Program graduate, and Sr. Project Manager Bob Behn, a Cornell and Seton Hall graduate, monitor the work progress of one of our PA pipe crews.
In the American Infrastructure
Career Track Program, you'll gain the benefits of accelerated
learning and career development as you experience the core
processes, systems and culture of our organization. As
a participant in the Career Track Program, you'll complete
multiple diverse assignments that will allow you to strategically
build your 'AI knowledge base'.
This varied work experience enables you
to quickly learn the company while building strong working
relationships with key managers and coworkers. Plus, the
hands-on nature of your work allows you to bring your educational
and experiential background to each new set of responsibilities
you hold. In the process, new skills are learned and abilities
developed in preparation for greater future responsibilities.
